Where is your facility?
Highway 16 Storage is located at 4422 Kimball Road, right on Highway 16 and just west of Walmart. We’re easily accessible from downtown Prince George, College Heights, University Heights, Beaverly, West Lake and beyond.
What are your access hours?
Our facility is open for access from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm every day. Outside of those hours, access is available for specific occasions. Please contact us for more information.
What are your office hours?
You can call our office at (250) 964-3395. Lines are open from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm and closed on Wednesdays, Sundays and holidays. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we may change our hours temporarily. Alternatively, please use our contact form to send us a message online or send us an email.
What attractions or businesses are close to your facility?
Highway 16 Storage is beside Art Knapp Plantland and across the highway from Bon Voyage Plaza. Walmart, Home Depot and Canadian Tire are just 5 minutes away.
Are you close to the University of Northern British Columbia?
We couldn’t be closer! Our facility is only 6 minutes’ drive from the University of Northern British Columbia via Tyner Blvd and HWY16 W. We’re the perfect choice for student storage.
What security features does your facility have?
Our facility is equipped with high tech surveillance cameras and a code-controlled gate. Our manager also lives onsite to keep an eye on things.
Can I pay my bills online?
Absolutely! It’s our recommended way to keep up with your rent. We accept e-transfers from your banking page via a computer or phone. We can also deduct automatically from your credit card. Either way, you will receive a receipt in your email if you wish.
Can I store my car at Highway 16 Storage?
You sure can. We offer covered vehicle storage within our units. We have a one month minimum charge for this service. Short term or long term, it’s the most affordable place to keep your vehicle.
Do you have drive-up access?
We do. By driving straight up to your unit, it’s the quickest way of unloading your belongings.
